NEAT - 501(c)4

The National Equality Action Team (NEAT) engages in legislative advocacy designed to bring equality and Justice to LGBTQ+ people at local, state and federal levels. Contributions to NEAT, while highly valued, are not tax-deductible. These contributions support our direct advocacy with elected officials and other lobbying.

NEATEF - 501(c)3

The National Equality Action Team Education Fund (NEATEF) is eligible to receive contributions that are tax-deductible and it is limited by federal law in how much lobbying it can do. Contributions to NEATEF will be used to build broad-based support for equality and Justice for LGBTQ+ people and develop educational, organizing, and advocacy strategies.
